Mango smoothie

INGREDIENTS
– 1 organic Mango (peeled, deseeded) and cut into pieces
– 1 cup of raw almond milk (home made)- this can be made by blending raw almonds and filtering the almond milk from the pulp.
– 1 cup of acerola powder
–  3-4 pitted Medjool dates
– 1 cup of trail mix (raw almonds, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, raisins and dried blueberries)

Steps:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together (except the mix of trail mix)
  2. Pour into a jar and sprinkle the trail mix (nuts) on top
  3. Serve and enjoy
