– 1 large organic pineapple
– 1 cup of organic grape
– 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
– 1 cup of romaine lettuce

- Cut the pineapple into 2 and remove the content of one half and put it aside.
- All all the other ingredients to a bowl and mix together
- Pour the content of the bowl into the half pineapple
You can use the remaining pineapple as a fruit salad.
